A private world that belongs to each Country Villas Ahomeowner, the Villas Clubhouse truly sets our project apart from all others. 

Set atop a gentle slope and overlooking an English style garden and water feature, the Clubhouse grounds will offer residents a wide range of opportunities to enhance your leisure time.  Things you've always enjoyed like dinner and dancing with family 

Whether its invigorating activities like aerobics or personal training in the fitness centre or a quiet spot in front of the fire with a good book from the library ... choices that suit your lifestyle await you at the Villas Clubhouse.

The clubhouse main level is designed for socialization and group get togethers.  Residents and their guests enter the clubhouse into an elegant foyer greeted by a library space and dramatic oversized stone fireplace.  You might pick up you mail and settle into wing back chairs with a cup of coffee, then pass through the main dining/lounge area into the billiards room for a friendly game with neighbours or friends. 

The main lounge space can be used for larger dinners, or any organized group event.  The main lounge may be booked for a private family gathering one evening and host a Villas bridge club activity the next.  The main space features a dramatic raised roof and big bright windows overlooking landscaped grounds.  A fine crafted, open style, fully equipped kitchen serves the main space and the entire building.  Residents can reserve this room at any time and treat their guests. to a gourmet dinner they have had catered or prepared right in the Clubhouse.  The main dining / lounge area is extended by a glass/screen enclosed solarium, perfect for card players, and an exterior deck allowing barbecues and outdoors relaxing. The enclosed media room allows groups to get together for televised sporting events or your favorite videos, while other residents use the 
 

library and lounge areas uninterrupted.  The media room is also an ideal venue for guest speakers, seminars, business presentations or music events. 

The main floor also houses residents mail pick up, office and computer, marketing and meeting space.  Quality finishes and rich materials complete the entire main level. 

While the upper level is distinguished by its elegant atmosphere, the lower level is characterized by durable materials and "hands on" functional areas.  The clubhouse lower level will be handicap accessible. 

The lower level multi-purpose space is intended for a range of health and wellness activities that might include resident dance events, aerobic exercise and other special event entertainment.  Careful site planning allows the lower level to enjoy a complete window wall of natural light and walk out doors onto patios and gardens. 

On one side of the lower main space is the private fitness centre featuring large, bright windows.  Residents can create new works of art in the wood working shop and separate crafts room.  The crafts room is ideal for wine making, art and pottery lessons, gardening and a range of other activities.  A small gardening centre featuring a greenhouse roof is adjacent to the crafts area where you can indulge your green thumb instincts or leave your favorite plants for watering while away on vacation.  A screen porch, locker and change rooms and storage space completes the lower level. 

Programming 

The property manager and move-in co-ordinator will The located within the clubhouse. Residents and Country Villas management will work together on a volunteer basis to develop opportunities for the social,  recreational, special events and occasional programs that best respond to the wishes of residents. 
 

The Villas Clubhouse building has been designed to ensure flexibility.The kitchen is not staffed but rather is intended for the use of residents on a casual or booked special event basis. in addition, catered events can always be accommodated in the Villas Clubhouse.

Management will produce a regular Country Villas resident newsletter providing information on opportunities for optional on site activities and events.  As the project matures it is expected that opportunities to participate in events and activities will be determined by consensus and participation levels.
